["A Guide to Disability Rights Laws"] is an overview of various disability related federal laws and contact information for more information on each law. It is available in either htm format, or 23 pages in a pdf format.

[Available CFR Titles on GPO Access] - The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is a codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. The CFR online is a joint project authorized by the publisher, the National Archives and Records Administration's Office of the Federal Register, and the Government Printing Office (GPO) to provide the public with enhanced access to Government information. GPO will continue to make the paper editions of the CFR and Federal Register available through its Superintendent of Documents Sales service.

[Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates] - an independent, nonprofit organization of attorneys, advocates and parents established to improve the quality and quantity of legal assistance for parents of children with disabilities.

[Texas Administrative Code] - The Texas Administrative Code (TAC) is a 16 volume compilation of all adopted rules that are in effect in the State of Texas.

[Texas - Bill Search] - The Texas Legislature Online bill search provides a method of finding bills based on the following criteria: author/sponsor, coauthor/cosponsor, bills in/out of committee, actions taken on a bill, and subjects related to a bill.

[Texas Civil Rights Project] The Texas Civil Rights Project (TCRP) promotes social, racial, and economic justice through education and litigation. TCRP, a statewide nonprofit organization, operates under the auspices of Oficina Legal del Pueblo Unido, Inc., a community-based tax-exempt foundation. TCRP does disability work under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 (Rehabilitation Act of 1973).

[The Federal Court Locator] - The Federal Court Locator is a service provided by the Center for Information Law and Policy. It is intended to give net citizens a means to access information related to the federal judiciary, including slip opinions.

[West Publishing: WESTLAW Information] - Westlaw, West Group's vast online source of value-added legal and business information, contains over 10,000 databases of information spanning a variety of jurisdictions, practice areas and disciplines.

[City of Austin: Charter of the City of Austin: Preamble] - The City of Austin was originally Chartered in 1909 under a Legislative Act which the City later amended to assume home rule status. An election held on February 12, 1953, totally revised the Charter. The Charter includes a preamble, twelve articles and an appendix.
